Service Description
Jules will lead you in a discussion with the cards to help you find the answer to your question and gain insight into your future. 30 minutes is the ideal amount of time to explore a single question in detail. For multiple questions or to explore more complex situations, I recommend the 60 minute reading.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend your reading, please email me to reschedule or cancel the reading as soon as possible. If you cancel with up to 7 days' notice, I shall refund you the full cost of the booking. With up to 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule your booking, but you will not be eligible for a refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, I am unable to offer a refund or the ability to reschedule. Please cancel your booking and rebook at the full price. I am unable to make up time missed due to client lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will unfortunately forfeit the booking. In the unlikely event that I am late, I will make up the time or, if I am more than 15 minutes late, I will offer you a refund.
